We build the businesses behind the names.
RamirezX designs, builds, and runs the systems — and the companies — behind athletes, creators, entrepreneurs, public figures, governments, and institutions. Every engagement carries a fee. Where we can move the number, part of what we earn is tied to it.
Moving civilization up the scale.
The Kardashev scale ranks civilizations by the energy they command: a planet, a star, a galaxy. Humanity is not yet Type I. Every system RamirezX builds and every venture it backs is measured by one question — does it add capacity to the people and institutions that move the world forward?
We measure ourselves against the operators who have actually moved humanity up that scale — not against our own industry. The standard is not a better consultancy; it is whether the systems we run leave a principal, a sector, or a country with more capacity than it had. Our aim is to be first at that. Second is the only other position we will accept.
Command of a planet's energy. The near horizon — and the one our operating systems, ventures, and clients are built to advance.
Command of a star. The work of centuries, begun by the institutions that learn to coordinate at planetary scale first.
Command of a galaxy. Not our horizon. The reason we are careful about whose horizon it becomes.
Find out whether you need us before you pay us.
Eleven questions about how your operation actually runs. The result is a ranked list of the systems worth building, the hours a week each one gives back, and the arithmetic behind every figure — your own numbers multiplied by assumptions we publish on the same page. If the total is small, it says so and tells you not to hire us.
Every hour it reports is something you told it, multiplied by a stated assumption. Nothing is hidden behind a score.
You get the order to build in — what each system replaces, and what is handed over to you at the end of it.
The result appears in full without an email address. Send it to yourself only if you want a copy.
Who we serve
Our clients share one condition: the name carries more weight than the operation behind it.
Athletes, creators, streamers, entrepreneurs, public figures
You have the audience, the deal flow, and the schedule of a company — without the company. We build the operation that turns attention into durable revenue and protects your time.
- Inbound, partnerships, and deal pipeline
- Audience, content, and community systems
- Back office: contracts, cash, reporting
Governments, agencies, universities, foundations
Mandates are fixed; capacity is not. We install AI systems inside existing processes — intake, casework, records, constituent response — measured on throughput and accuracy, delivered with the security posture the work requires.
- Process automation within existing systems
- Data, reporting, and decision support
- Personnel trained to clearance-grade standards
Companies built from the above
When a system we run becomes a business of its own, we co-found it — playbook, tools, operators, and staged capital — with the principal in control.
- Venture memo and structure
- Operating team and tooling
- Milestone capital, minority position
What we do
Most firms hand over a strategy and leave. We install the mechanism and stay to run it.
Map where the work actually happens
We trace how opportunities, money, and decisions move through your operation today, and identify precisely where an AI system replaces manual effort or catches what people miss.
Ship the system, not the deck
Automated pipelines, AI agents, dashboards, and integrations on the tools you already use. Every build has an owner, a definition of done, and one metric it is accountable for.
Run it against real results
Systems drift. We stay on — monitoring the numbers, retuning models, fixing what breaks — and are paid on performance, not activity.
Engineering
We do not keep a standing engineering department. We assemble one for the project.
Built for the problem, not for the bench
Every program is staffed by engineers chosen for that program's discipline and brought on board under RamirezX for the duration of the work. Staying small is what makes this possible: no payroll to keep busy, so we take the projects we believe in and put the right people on them.
What we staff for
- Propulsion and aerospace systems
- Software, data, and AI systems
- Mechanical design and hardware prototyping
- Secure and government-facing programs
One firm answers for the work
RamirezX holds the program management, the engineering standards, and the client relationship. Personnel are trained and cleared to the standard the program requires. You deal with the firm, not with a roster of subcontractors.
How we engage
Three layers, one relationship. Layer 1 is always paid. Layers 2 and 3 are where we take part of our upside in the result.
Readiness audit, systems design, and the build itself. Fixed scope.
Retainer or fixed fee
Paid on engagement, like any professional firm. You retain the IP.
We operate the systems we built and share in the revenue or savings they generate.
Revenue share, net of platform fees
Paid on results, not hours.
When a system becomes a business, we co-found it with playbook, tools, operators, and capital.
Minority equity, vesting on milestones
Long-term upside, shared. You keep control.
How we work
Audit
We sit inside the operation, trace the real workflows, and return a ranked list of systems worth building — each with an expected impact and a cost.
Build
One system at a time, highest impact first. Weekly demonstrations against live data. Nothing ships without a metric attached.
Launch and operate
The system goes live with your people trained on it. We monitor, tune, and report on the number it was built to move.
Compound
Each system feeds the next. Over time the operation runs on an integrated stack you own — and we grow only when it does.
Every deliverable opens with the recommendation and the number behind it. The reasoning follows.
If a claim cannot be measured, sourced, and acted on, it does not go in the document — or the system.
We say what actually happens: which data moves where, which decision is automated, what a person still checks.
The name
Most firms are named for what they do. This one is named for who answers for it.
There is nothing to hide behind
Ramirez is a family name before it is a company name. Putting it on the work was a decision to be accountable in public: when a system underperforms or a venture fails, there is no invented brand to stand behind. The name on the engagement letter is the name on the family.
Built to be handed down, not flipped
A firm named for a family is built to outlast the person who started it. That decides what we take on: engagements and ventures are chosen for what they are worth in ten years, not for what closes this quarter. We would rather turn down work than be known for it.
Strength, honor, family — in that order
Three questions, asked in order, before we accept anything: can we actually do the work, will we be proud of how we did it, and does it leave the people we are responsible for better off than it found them. If the first answer is no, the other two do not matter.
The firm
RamirezX is a small firm by design. Every engagement is led by the principal, and every system we build is one we would run ourselves.
Eric Ramirez — background in business operations, data analysis, process automation, and AI consulting. Bilingual, English and Spanish.
RamirezX LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Registered office in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Consulting, performance, and venture under one roof. Ventures are held with the principal, not consolidated away from them.
Engineering talent is engaged per program, selected for the discipline the work demands, and held to RamirezX standards under RamirezX program management.
Engagements and documents delivered in English and Spanish as standard.
Tell us the number you need to move.
One message. We reply with whether a system can move it, what it would take, and what we would want in return.
